What Code Vault provides, how subscriptions work, and what you control.
Provider and license
Authenticator - Code Vault is provided by NEXORAONLINE ECOM - FZCO, United Arab Emirates. Contact hello@vilin-authenticator.com for app support. Use of the app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. This page explains the product and subscription terms alongside that agreement and does not remove rights that apply under consumer law.
Authenticator functionality
Code Vault generates standard time-based one-time passwords for compatible services. You are responsible for completing setup with each provider and confirming that its codes work. Code Vault is independent and is not affiliated with Google, Microsoft or other account providers. It does not provide push approvals, password management, automatic cloud synchronization or support for Google Authenticator migration QR codes.
Code Vault Plus
An active auto-renewing subscription is required to complete onboarding, add accounts or import a backup. Available plans may renew weekly, monthly or annually; each provides the same Plus features. Your available products, full local price and billing period appear before purchase.
A three-day free trial is available only to eligible Apple Accounts when offered. After the trial, the subscription renews at the selected plan’s full displayed price and billing period until cancelled. Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility; switching plans does not grant another trial. Payment is charged through your Apple Account.
Manage or cancel using the app’s Manage subscription option or iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends to avoid renewal. Deleting the app or vault does not cancel a subscription. See Apple’s subscription instructions. Apple handles billing and purchase records.
After subscription expiry
Existing saved codes and encrypted backup export remain available when you can unlock your vault. New additions, onboarding completion and backup import require active subscription access. Restoring purchases restores eligible subscription access, not deleted authenticator data.
Keep a recovery route
Your vault is encrypted and device-only. Use a device passcode, keep your app PIN safe, and save an encrypted backup with a separate password. Keep each provider’s recovery codes too. We cannot recover your PIN, backup password or inaccessible authenticator secrets.
Removing the iPhone’s device passcode permanently erases the protected vault record. Device-only Keychain data does not automatically move to a new phone. Export and verify a backup before removing a passcode, resetting your vault or replacing your device. Erasing vault data is irreversible; exported files remain wherever you saved them until separately deleted.
